I'm gonna have to adjust my oldest!! Last night I found a 1883 liberty head nickel (no cents)!!!! Looks like it will grade vf; liberty is still visible.

nickel: 1891 V nickel
dime: 1947 silver FDR dime
quarter: 1897 barber quarter, very worn
half: 1952 Franklin half
dollar: 1971 Ike dollar
Canadian: 1940 cent

nickel: 1907 (was in a bag of war nickels, does it count? ;)) if not 1940
dime: 1951 - only silver i ever got in change
