Third time this year that silver showed up in the penny rolls. This time it was a 1937 Mexican 20 centavos - AU condition! Exactly the size of a penny and .720 silver. Happy Thanksgiving!

That club is a very exclusive club. Even harder than the Indian Penny club. I have only struck silver 4 times in penny rolls (2 rosies, 1 merc, 1 silver 6 pence) and I have gone through several million coins. |

I once found a silver 1946 Rosie in a roll of pennies up here in *Canada*.
I believe this particular club may be one-of-a-kind! :) |

I found an early 1900 Canadian silver 5 cent....in a $50 bag of pennies from a coin machine. The bank I got it from has since changed their policy and no longer sell bags off the machine to customers. :( sad day. But congrats to you with that awesome find!! |
