| Last week trended higher. For the week I ended up with 23% copper outta 8 boxes. I found some time to sort the wheats out and only found an average of 6 wheats per box. |

Newbie here,
Just started sorting my first $40 in pennies this past weekend (80 rolls from 4 different banks). I averaged around 27.5% Cu over all the rolls with a high of around 60%-75% from this one BofA branch with machine wrapped rolls (all the other banks were CWR). I also averaged 1 wheatie for every 5 rolls with a date between 1940-1949, and averaged around 1 canadian penny per roll with a single 1950 king. |

Mikep2020, welcome. The sorting gets very addicting. Soon you'll be plotting out bank routes on a map.... Good percentages for rolls. Keep up the hunt.

Another $50 sack sorted 12/6/8-12/11/8:
wheat cents (39): 1928 (new!) 1939 (new!) 1940 1941 1944 x2 1945 x3 1946 x2 1948 1951-D 1952 x4 1952-D x3 1953-D x4 1954-D 1955 1955-D x3 1956-D x5 1957-D 1958 x2 1958-D and one too damaged to read the date.
This is a much better wheat count than the last bag yielded.
Canadian cents (5): 1963, 1973, 1981, 1985, 1994
Foreign (both new to me): * Kuwait, 20 fils (2003) * Trinidad & Tobago, 25 cents (1972)
After two years of searching, I finally filled the last memorial cents folder hole at 1973-S. The specimen I found in this bag is damaged, so I'll be looking out for a better example.
PERCENTAGES: 3831 zincs (1982-2008) 76.6% 1115 coppers (1959-1982) 22.3% 39 wheats (1928-1958) 5 Canadians (1963-1994) 13 dimes (1975-2008) ----------------------------- 4992 coins totaling $51.20
1982 BREAKDOWN: 114 coppers (84.4%) / 21 zinc |

Where was it jamming up at? There is a Ryedale section that will probably solve your problems. You must be logged in to see this link. Probably just needs a dri-slide bath. Good luck.
