My Commemorative is a 1926 of the type I posted. 141K minted.
Just picked up five boxes of halves. Roll of the dice again.
I don't this will ever become like those lifeless eyed folks who pull slot machine levers.

After all, in the casino's you cant' dump a $1000.00 into the machine, play, not hit the jackpot and then cashout the $1000.00 you had originally put in..
That's the beauty of this hobby. If you don't hit the jackpot you get your money back.. |

Each of the four boxes had one 40% except the last which had a 90% 1964 in the last roll.
Box five was a pure skunk without a single coin of interest.

Almost 300 silvers rough count. I have had three horribly emotional days and after the third box tonight had an extreme manic crash and coma slept for a couple hours before resuming.

The 2010 Foreign Legion will be epic IMO.
Has anyone here ever arranged a foreign coin exchange at a bank?
Not that I'm thinking of it, just curious about how the bank would handle the exchange.

Any indication if the boxes were old or if they were recently rolled?
What range of dates are the rest of the coins?
What was the newest coin? I don't see NIFC's. Even your proofs are early clad.

I didn't see any NIFC's in these boxes, though I edge sort and could easily miss some. (I don't normally track and report NIFC's.) I grabbed a couple handfuls and found two 2000's in there, so it's not like all the coins were really old. And there was very little 90% given the amount of 40%.
