Two 40% both 1967 in the cust wrap, Zip in the teller coin.
Heading home to Oregon tomorrow from Albuquerque NM. will ask at small town banks but Its hard to See Banks at 65 MPH from Interstate. |

My silver searching went much better this week. No skunks. And I actually finally found a couple of coins older than a Kennedy. I found 3 Franklin's and one 1904 Newfoundland 50 cent piece. These are going between $15.00 and $20.00 on Feebay. The breakdown on the boxes is:

I am filling all the proof holes in my albums lately with find like this.
I have most of three albums of Kennedy's with the S holes filled with finds. Never gonna cut up my proof sets.
I also went back to the family archive from when I was 6-10.
I have three tubes of wars and when I checked the condition of the old ones, I found that my 3-4 tubes(or more) of finds from the last 4 months or so are almost all in better condition than what was in circulation back then. That says something to me. The coins we find today where out of circulation so long, that inflation since then nearly made them worthless to some. No one knows or notices and we pluck them out.
The odd proof is the same. How much work will someone do to profit from a few coins? Just spend them. Like throwing away cans and bottles that are worth a nickel.....
Oh my, lol.
