EUREKA! I was told that means "I have found it." Well, after searching pennies for various reasons for most of the last 30 years (I'm only 35), I finally found one. A nice, full rim, no liberty 1896. There it was, in a bag I had been going through a little bit at a time with my two daughters. I wish one of them had found it - that would have been fun. To see their reaction... then for them to have seen MY reaction...
Reading the posts in this thread makes it sound like it's not that big a deal. Hundreds have been found by RealCent members this year alone! But now *I* found one and everything's different. I can't come up with enough exclamations! AHA! EUREKA! GADZOOKS! MY WORD! TA DAA! VOILA! AND HOW! |

Yeah, it's nice. And you've found 19 just this year... how many cents have you sawed through to get that many? And what do you do with them? |

He probably takes them to the bank and cashes them in at face, like
every other old lady we've read about |

I got lucky and scored an 1899 after only maybe $500 searched. Since then, I've searched probably $2000 more and gotten none. Best of luck to ya'll and congrats Aaron on your first Indian Head!! |

#2 for the year!
1901 IH very, very, very bad shape. Can only make out the date. Very worn and thin. Can't even call it a cull. Still nice surprise. (Brinks roll) |

Hey coppernicus! Good find. Any indian is a good find, it's been over a month since I found my first one, and I still remember the exact moment... and I still tell people about it.
Would you be up to the task of updating this thread? I would like to see the info compiled... Thanks bro
