So far this week and last week I sorted $60 in rolls from the bank and some random change. I ended up with 44 rolls of cu pennies. Not counting what I used to fill in books, wheat pennies, and canadian pennies.
120 rolls / 44 rolls = ~ 36%
I got 36 wheat pennies from this.
i got 33 pre 1996 canadians.
1 25 cent 1984 from the netherlands
Some may think the extra change throws off my percentages, but as I said the percentages does not include what I took from filling in my books , the wheat pennies, or the canadians which would most likely add up to over 2 rolls worth of cu. |

$20 worth of pennies
14 rolls of cu - ~ (35% cu)
plus 6 wheat pennies oldest being a 1929 D and 5 Canadian pre 1996 oldest being 1956.
worst roll in this lot was my worst ever at 7 cu pennies in the roll and 3 of those were cu 1982s.
best roll in this lot was 24 cu in the roll. |
