Are scrap saw blades worth anything? I found a carbide saw blade at work and brought it home. Are they usually all carbide or just the teeth? I coudn't find a spot price for carbide. thanks for your time.

It seems only the tooth is or it is on the blade in the link. But the rest of the blade may contain nickel and other worth while metals.

I was looking through saw blades in my basement and found one that had some numbers on it. It said this saw blade is manufactured with special carbide material. This material is carbon .85%, silicon .40%, manganese.30%, tungsten 6.3%, chromium 1.2%, vanadium 1.9%, molybdenum 5%, and oxygen .08%, then Iron-balance. It did say chrome-nickel steel, but then listed no nickel on the back.
