Like most of these fancy bullion coins they are a bubble. I picked up 2 for $68 each and have been watching these for the right time to sell 1, maybe both...

Question.

For those that may speculate also, from your experience with winners (which I think this may be one) is your exit strategy 100%, 200% profit? Or do we risk selling one at 100% profit and maybe speculate the second one to go to 300%?

I dunno, but it's a beautiful coin. I have one just to have it.

Trolling is an art.

Think why you bought these coins?

If you bought these coins for speculation, you probably had a profit exit point in mind as to when to sell them. If you've met your profit goal, sell them. If you have not met your goal, keep them.

If you bought these coins for your collection because you liked them and you still do, keep these coins. If you no longer like them in your collection, sell or trade them away.

If you bought these coins as a longer term investment, would you buy them now at current prices? If yes, keep them. If no, sell them.

You've brought some good points up. yes I do, did have an exit point. This is buy 2 to get one for free.

If these go the way of the red back spider I would have no problem dumping the other and rebuying in the future and a lower price...

But of the few I have speculated on so far I have not seen one appreciate this quickly, I believe these had just sold out, well within the last few weeks. It's hard for me in my short term experience to judge a new exit point for the 1st coin I have.

I think its a safe play that I will make my orignial exit point, but being slightly greedy I would hate to see this pop to 300% of issue price, when I could probably catch my exit point on the way down..

It works the same if you are speculating in stocks or in this case coins. When the herd of bulls is scared and stampeding out the gate, you don't want to be in their way . When the speculation is over and everyone wants to sell, there will be no real buyers ; only scalpers. Best of Luck.
