I am a little confused. Both of the pictures say "reverse". Could you please clarify a little?

If it is a coin that has two reverses the first thing to do would be to check the edge. There are a lot of magic coins, like the one in The Dark Knight with a double heads or a double tails. If you see a black line on the edge, you can tell it is a fake and not worth very much. If this is what you have it is an interesting find, and I would keep it as a conversation piece, or so that you never again have to lose a coin toss. Even if there is no tell tale line, some places can make it look more authentic by filing out one side of the coin and inserting another, so that there is no line on the edge. If there is no line on the edge I would bring it to a coin dealer. He should be able to tell you. |

I think it is a trick coin. As you can see, one side has an S mint and one side does not. It would be impossible for Philly and San Fransisco to hit the same coin at the same time. |

Ironically, I found a double-headed 1964 nickel today. |

Never been a real US coin struck with two heads or two tails. Impossible - so if you find one it HAS been altered. Nice find - worth more then a nickel for sure. |

The nickel came from a collection I purchased. After the purchase, I spent all night examining the many coins and went to bed. When I woke up I wasn't sure if the error nickel was a dream or from the collection. So I frantically started looking through the coins and found it. I just thought it was funny. |
