I went on a penny hunt today. The CU in my town has branches all around in surrounding counties. 12 branches within 25 miles of my house. I am already getting the bags off the 2 little coin scan machines in town. I decided to go to the next town over which is much larger than mine. Went into their "main" branch and there sat a Large De La Rue machine. Asked for pennies. They had 6 bags. I got em all. I am only getting about 2 bags a week from each of the small machines in town.(4 total)
The 6 bags yeilded 13 dimes, a beat up nickel and a few badly bent pennies.
I dump at the BIG MAIN branch 1 mile from my house ( De La Rue also) and that thing eats about anything and not many rejects.
Now I am really considering a CS-10 to sort out all the junk that the De La Rue eats.
But it is nice that I will be able to get around 10 bags a week.
I wonder if they will catch on when the armored car drivers are not picking up pennies at any of the branches and over 10 bags( my dumps and whatever else they get) at my dump bank.

I already asked the head teller. She said rolled or ran through the machine. I told her I would continue to use the machine. I know everyone that switches bags by name and they chat with me everytime. I go on monday morning when they open and I am usually done in an hour. 30,000 pennies and 5000 halves is my usual dump.
