I was sitting down at the table after lunch today to go through my 10 penny rolls to see what I could find. The second roll of customer wrapped rolls was a surprise as it was a full roll of nickels!! That was a nice little bonus!!
Some one must have been feeling sorry for me. I think I got this roll of nickels to cover the ones that I was shorted in an earlier post.
I did find a dime in one of the other penny roll as well as a 1924 wheatie. It was just in good condition but it did fill an empty hole on my US penny folder.
lucky guy. Congrats. I'm hoping to get a whole roll of dimes in a penny roll, not holding my breath though.
Happened to me once but I spotted it before I left the bank and turned it back in. Roll just looked way too small.
