I have just gotten a hold of some unsearched coins....
I was wondering does anybody have lists or links to websites that contain the key dates for each denomination of U.S. 90% silver?
I only ask as I would hate to roll up some coins when they should belong in a flip instead.
Thanks,
Bill

There are many web sites that have price guides. The PCGS forum for example. Same with Coin Wold, Numismatics, etc. I would suggest you purchase a thing called the Red Book by Whitman Publishing. Much easier to browse through a book. Available at most coin stores, coin shows, some book stores, Whitman web site, other coin web sites that sell merchandise such as Amazon. |

| As a general rule Numismedia, PCGS, coinfacts, etc. are usually about 20% over what coins are really worth. By worth I mean what you should consider your collection for sales purposes. Coins are only worth what someone will pay for them. IF no one wants them, they are worth only face value. If someone will pay more than the price guides, then that is the price. |

| I just bought the 2009 black book. I still havent really looked at it. The black book has gotten huge since the one I owned! It barely fit in my back pocket. |

1975 S is the first S proof only cent. However, this does not mean that all S mint coins prior to that are worth money. Contrary to my own statement, since many people know this, they tend to run around collecting all S mint coins. This in itself makes most of them worth more than they should. |
