Where can I get protective cases for silver bars? Don't see any reason to get them for my 1 oz coins, apart from the mint tubes. But I'm not aware of any protective covers for 10 oz silver bars.

| I've seen them for 1 oz. and 5 oz. bars, but not for the 10 oz. ones. Maybe check Wizard Coin Supply online? |

What's wrong with a safe?
I've never seen a case for 10 oz bars, and I think this may be because there is not a standard size like most 1 oz bars. What are you trying to protect it from?
I kind of like the look of an old beat-up bar- whether it is poured, extruded, or pressed... gives it some character. People say the OPM 100 ounce bars are ugly, but I like the looks of them. But them again, I also like the looks of the Academy mint extruded bars that are molded in a way that they are perfectly stackable... almost like Legos. Geez, I guess I like anything shiny |
