I hate it when I go to a different branch of the same bank and find a teller from another branch there, especially if one branch is a dump bank and another is a source bank. This has happened multiple times. But something new happened today. I went to a source/dump bank to dump some coins to get play for some bank hopping. I put the bags by the vault door as usual. Inside the vault to my surprise is the head teller from a totally different bank-no affiliation whatsoever. I had only gone to the bank where she was from twice, but last week was the most recent visit, thus the reason I recognized the face.
I know we talk before about tellers from other branches talking about our hobby/addiction/saving habit, but what if it went from bank to bank. It come possibly jeopardize dumping and sourcing coins altogether.
I walked into an Arby's for dinner the other day and had a teller holler "Hey there Penny Man" from a few booths from the door! She was with 5-6 guy friends it seemed.
I just said HI, How ya doin and orded my food and left. Thought the whole thing hysterical! I'm "The Penny Man" ha ha!
The silver [is] mine, and the gold [is] mine, saith the LORD of hosts. Hag 2:8 [/b] He created it. He controls it. He gave it to us for His use. Why did we turn from sound scriptural currency that PROTECTS us?
But what still get me is what was the head teller from a different bank (not branch) doing at this bank. It's like a teller from Bank of America in the vault of First Bank of Utah.
Some banks deposit to other banks. CUs do this alot where I am.

Like Kurr said many times banks transfer coin back and forth.
Also this teller might not just be a head teller at one bank. She could easily be the Vault teller supervisor to all the branches.
I wouldnt worry about it too much, unless it happends often and/or if they say something to you.
