5000 count obviously not unsearched but maybe more for bullion purposes or to fill sets or look for varieties that are less common.

My hobby: collecting real money 1 copper cent or nickel at a time.

Hey Ch was wondering if you ahd fallen off the face of the planet lol. Yeah Kurr hit it right. the dealer in the next town over pays 3 cents and sell bags for 200 or 4 cents a peice. Seems to be about the norm.

Check Ebay prices too. It is interesting to see how much craigslist buyers offer too. I see sometimes offerings of 3 cents per a wheat if you have bulk to sell. In small quantities, you can expect maybe seeing prices at 5 cents or above per a wheat given that collectors vary in how much they are willing to splurge on a bag of coins or a roll or two of them.

Ok cool...a dealer in town offered them to me for $180 per bag and I was thinking it seemed like a decent deal but wasnt sure what others were paying. I really dont have room to store these so they would be turned around and sold.

$180 sounds pretty good as long as it isn't all 1940's and 50's
