I was planning on listing some walking liberties I have and was wondering what you fellows might consider the grade on em.

my call;
1944 VG - F
1939 F-VF
1945 - XF

I was about those areas I think. I went ahead and listed them, but will try to get pics of reverse up tonight.

Is there a photograde online? I would love to see more topics on grading coins here, with photos of the various grades we could discuss, so us newbies could learn easier.

"The offical ANA guide to coin grading" & "Photograde"
about 10 bucks apiece and you don't need to have a computer with you at a coin show....
I've never found a decent online guide, and at that price, these are cheap.

39 = VF-20
44 = F-12
45 = AU-50
47 = EF-40
As already noted not easy to varify without reverses showing. I really like the 45 since you can see the left hand and that is the first thing to usually go.
Also, you never stated if any of those are a D or S.
If all Phili mints, and at those approximate grades nothing really special price wise.
