I remember a post a while back about catalytic converters, but couldn't find it in the search.

Can somebody talk about
how to salvage them,
how to go about selling them
and what the are selling for?

I too would like to see a discussion on cats. I got $15 a piece from one yard and I know I walked out of that place bending over.

It all depends, some are over 200, aftermarkets might go 15 or so.

Refining is not really advisable unless you have good, GOOD chem exp and equipment. Very specialized.
