Looking for wheats today I found this one. All I know is it looks wild.

The fact that is on both sides and the appearance lead me to think it was dipped in acid or corrosive chemicals for a short period of time. Though it is hard to see for sure.
Doesn't look like any mint error that I've heard of before.
The "Liberty" looks to be depressed. The lines below and on the collar as well as the "L" shaped one above liberty look to be raised. The Ripple seems to be just that. Hadn't thought of acid, interesting.

It could be a greased die. The dies come packed in grease and if they are not cleaned before using them, the first pennies get a strange dimply surface and images and letters have soft edges. I would suggest trying to get a better picture of it and then posting it here:
