HEy, picked up 5 uncirculated steel philly wheats in a nice holder for $1.50, did I get a good deal?

not bad.They usually go for about $.50 each.

Buying CU cents!!!! Paying 1.2 unlimited amounts wanted. Can pick up if near Ohio area.

careful though as I read that some people have replated those coins for collectors/fraud. So they might not be so uncirculated.

Probably are OK. That is just one of the many things people are doing with this coin collecting craze lately. Those are more than likely real uncirculated ones. These companies that produce similar sets with things like three different Nickels, Several different Dimes such as a Liberty Head, Merc and Roosevelt. These are usually in a small plastic case with a discription on them inserted cardboard. These companies have hoards of miscellaneous coins to make them and find the market is right for such memoribilia now. Those normally sell for anywhere from $0.25 to $1.50 each pending the grade so your investment is not bad.
