i was looking through a box of pennies and i saw a steel so i was cool i know its not worth any thing but still. and then i looked at the date and it is 1964! i think it is a error and they didn't put the copper layer on. is it worth anything?

| A 1964 Steel penny, if that's real, you may be rich. 1964 should all be 95% copper. Does it stick to a magnet? BE CAREFUL, if it doesn't stick to a magnet, it could be a coin that has been coated with Mercury. They did that years ago in science classes. Very toxic if it is. |
