Are all 14 bags pre-40's or are they mixed wheats bags that contain a lot of pre-40's. |

More than post-40's.. Of course it does take quite a while to sort them out. |

already sorted pre 40's should go at least double common dates IMO |

Best bet is to take a few random samples and determine what your mix is. Don't take the samples from the tops of the bags either. Often they put the good stuff on the top of the bag to make the bag appear better than what it really is.
I assume you bought them right. How did you determine how much to pay? Just bump it up an appopriate percentage.
If they're all 1909 S VDB's I will pay more.. I already have one, but I wouldn't mind having a few extras.
Of course it does take quite a while to sort them out.

I would do $0.06 a piece for two bags, and I'd pay $20 for their shipping. =$620.00
But these would need to be uncorroded, pre-40's with at least some mint marks(hopefully not just salted/added, but an honest mix). |

I would pay the extra based on the percentage of pre-40's in the mix determined by random samples. You wouldn't have to sort them and you wouldn't have to ship them.
Can I pay you in pennies? |

I need some S mint marks :) to fill books!
If you are interest in selling a hand full of those then let me know. I will pay shipping of course. That is pre or post war.
I likely can't afford anything super rare, so I guess the more common dates S mint marks. I hope you find an 1909s VDB and a 1914D !!!

"This is the shabby secret of the welfare statists' tirades against gold. Deficit spending is simply a scheme for the "hidden" confiscation of wealth. Gold stands in the way of this insidious process. It stands as a protector of property rights. If one grasps this, one has no difficulty in understanding the statists' antagonism toward the gold standard." Alan Greenspan, 1966. |

I'll need time to sort them as I have a demanding job and children to deal with as well but if you send me a list of what you are looking for I will pull them out should they be included. I pulled a 16-d and 24-d yesterday and a 1920-p in around au/bu* couldn't believe how nice it was!
send me a list~

Will you pay shipping?
I suppose at that price you want me to count them and deliver them too.
Maybe I could part with one at that price. 1 zinc penny for one US half cent.. yeah, that would work As you know, grade is not that important to me.. the half cent doesn't even have to be slabbed. |
