Any one try dumping at the casino? I going to play a poker tourny on sunday and tought I would dump in the self service machine that just spits back out the cash. If it works out I will have a new dump site.
I tried the casino as a pick up. They said on the website that they have nickel slots but when I went there and asked for nickels they looked at me strange and said they only have quarters. When I asked what they use in the nickel slots the laughed and said quarters. I dont know how kindly they would take to pennies though. But all you could do is try.
I have an old friend that works at one and I asked her if they ever get silver and she said all the time. She said people bring in weird coins for good luck. I asked if she could save some silver ones for mew and she said she would but I the last time I talked to her she said she had silver for me but didnt remember what year they stopped with the silver. So I have my doubts but Im hopeful.
Let us know how the dump works out.
I picked up $500 of quarters at the casino and didnt get any silver. I think their counting machines are probibly magnetic or taking the silver out another way.
I have bought out about 100 in halves from the casinos in CT, but they get a little wierd about it. Like, "why do you want coins???". I've never tried to dump at a casino, I don't even think the CT casino's use coin slots so it's really limited to the Half dollars used at the Hold'em tables.

They took out the self service coin counter at the casino,so went to plan B and dump $300 at the local bank. Just love the small towns in Minn, walk in no ?s ask and just get the cash.
