A few years back I bought a 50.00 face original bank box (100 rolls) of 1979-p Copper lincoln cents for 27.00+ 10.00 for shipping off of EBAY. Not much of a gain but probably one of my biggest steals. I sold it off a year or so ago for 220.00 to a guy :) Now off of ebay deals might get a bit interesting as well to share.

Here is a potentially nice ebay score on some Canadian 1965 quarters. $43 for 6 ounces of silver. I emailed the seller to confirm that it is indeed 40 Canadian 1965 quarters that I just purchased. Note that the listing never mentions that the quarters are 80% silver.

My most exciting ebay purchase was for a set of mercury dimes minus the 3 keys, so 75 dimes for .35 cents each (including shipping)when silver was bringing 5 times face. (yes, its been a while, lol) But thats just a small part of it. As I studied the the pic in listing, I could tell that the 1925 D mercury was very very shiny compared to the others in the book. So I figured it had probably been cleaned. However, when I got the set, the 25 D was a very nice uncirculated coin! Several of the others were also very high grade! I sure had fun upgrading my personal set that I was working on!
