Canadian copper pennies have a higher copper content but there is more copper in an American copper penny than a canadian one. The only thing canadian pennies have going for them is the fact that if you are an american citizen in USA any canadian melt ban doesn't apply to you.
I Like them just as much or even better. Like the fact that they made them until 96 so alot better of a chance to get them. I throw them in the pile with the US ones as when we all finally do sell it will be by the pound anyway

I find plenty in Ohio, I keep a big box of Canadian coins, when I fill it I am going to make a trip up north and make some Canadian bank teller unhappy.
To be in Florida, I seem to find quite a few Canadians while sorting. I have about 6 rolls of them. I actually find way more Canadians than Wheats.
I've heard that quite a few Florida hotels and businesses accept Canadian Dollars in order to accommodate vacationers. Also, you have nine international airports!!!
