Each time I go to the bank, and get boxes of pennies, they are all brand-new. I ask and ask for the older ones, and they say that they don't have them. I work about 5 branches of different banks, and do about 3 boxes per week.

I figured out the sorting issues, now I just need pennies!

Do not feel like you are the only one. Even the bags I have gotten are loaded with the new coins. Maybe it will get better soon. Keep looking, there are banks out there that still have boxes of the older ones, just have to find them.

I have one box of 2010-p shields cents, and about 15 loose rolls. All bank wrapped in the tighty-whitey wrappers. My son and I are just looking for something different.

Are the tighty-whitey wrappers in boxers, er, boxes?

Well, tomorrow I am going to have to sit down with a banker and try to get $500 worth of pennies in boxes that are old. That's 20 boxes and it should keep me going through the summer. At about a 20% rate, I expect to get 4 boxes of copper plus wheats and Canadian coins. We will see.
