I was afraid this would happen. I honestly considered adding Market Harmony to the list, but I worried that our bias toward one of our own might skew the ratings a bit. I intended no disrespect, but I was honestly curious why Engelhard and JM seem to be preferred over Silvertowne, Sunshine and the rest. I've noticed that less than 15% of my silver stash is .999 bullion so I'm devoting most new investment toward .999 coins and bars. This is the real reason I wanted your preferences and opinions.

Englehard- They were simply known as the best purity and most accurate weights when they were in business.
I have all .999 fine pure silver. I want to know what I will get when I sell it. If you have a lot of "off brand" bars you never really know how much underspot you are going to get. If you have Englehard than you know you will get at least spot if not more! The Englehard prospectors almost carry more of a premium than Eagles! (at least online) |
