Just finished dehydrating over 100 pounds of the biggest, sweetest California strawberries I've ever seen. Could not resist. When I saw them at the store (Costco) I had to go to the other chains and see if anyone else had these jumbo perfect berries. Nobody had near the quality. So I went back and bought several four pound boxes on each of the last three Fridays and dehydrated all weekend long. Not only are they great tasting with breakfast storage (rolled oats, chopped oat groats, cracked wheat etc) but they are loaded with antioxidants. No pretreatments or additives necessary. Just wash, cut the stems off, slice, then dehydrate. The strawberries were enormous and reduced to a very small size once dehydrated.

The first panacea for a mismanaged nation is inflation of the currency; second is war. Both bring a temporary (and false) prosperity; both bring a permanent ruin. But both are the refuge of political and economic opportunities.
