Not that it surprises me to read the comments. But I also find the immediate call for laws almost becoming an epidemic. I am not supporting the act merely reading between the lines. It was an abandon building that was hit previously. Insurance did not cover it? Sounds like underfunded insurance from a landlord looking to squeak by then screaming foul. Yes, insurance companies will take advantage of every clause that is written. But there is a clause and it is written.

Obviously it is my opinion that there is more than one party at fault here. I am sure I would be crucified for this statement by those that seek the politicos protection without understanding its consequence.
