I established a new personal record today. In one $50 dollar bag of CWR there was $50.01 of copper pennies. Every roll... solid copper + one bonus penny:)

When I picked up the bag from the credit union the teller told me that an old guy had dropped off a bunch of old penny rolls and that most of them were labeled 1973, etc.

Every last penny in every roll was copper. 90% of the rolls were sorted by year.

In the entire bag there was not one zinc, canadian, or wheat.

It is going to be a long time before you or anyone will beat that record.

I think the only way someone could beat that is if they found a silver dime in there with all of the copper rolls.

Conga rats! How come it's always us old guys (59) who get the blame for not having any cents about us?

Hoard now and hold on!

I think it always has to be an "old guy." Young guys usually just don't have that many good pennies laying around.

If your percentages are low.. just sort more. If your percentages are high.. just sort more.

Now selling Copper pennies. 1.6x plus shipping. Limited amounts available.

Sweet! The Copper Gods were smiling down on you! Best I've done is a few solid copper roles here and there from random CWRs. To get 50 bucks worth is amazing. The easiest 33 lbs. of copper ever!
