a few weeks back I was going through some rolls of pennies I got from Wells Fargo. I kid you not a Mercury Dime was in the middle of the roll. My wife didnt understand how unbelievably cool that was. |

Was doing a box of cents last night and low and behold there was a dime in one of the rolls. Would have been really cool if it would have been a silver. But +9 cents for me. |

I send my zincs to someone after sorting out the copper. That guy told me the other day he found silver dimes in his rolls. One happened to be a mercury dime. I wasn't sure if these were CWR's or fed wrapped. But i agree with you DS11, it is really a treat to get those in a roll, and a fed wrapped one is truly rare. |

I always find it remarkable when I find shinny dimes in my penny rolls. I find them quite often in CWRs, at least 1 in $10 of penny rolls. Maybe it is just my mentality, but if I was to ever put a dime in a penny roll & return it to the bank...I would be upset the rest of the day. I guess a lot of people just don't care about losing out on 9 cents or they are more blind than even I am. |
