It sounds like you just want to play with molten metal. I can't blame you

There are costs and hazards that I don't think you are considering. A torch is not the way to go just because it is what is available to you. Certain equipment and processes will make the production safer, cleaner, and result in a more attractive finished product. That seems to me what you are looking for, because if you just want to have scrap, then you would most likely keep it in its raw form.

I offer the toll production service of PM's for potential clients like you just for this reason... I take your scrap and turn it into a nice finished product of known purity and with my brand name. The fees I charge are minuscule when compared with the costs of acquiring your own equipment, spending the time to do everything, and risking your health to do it.
