I thought you would be my "bubble popper" Magnasort. So this begs the question what to do now? How to do it?
How do you value/sell a unique coin, because I can't find another example of a '41 D over S ever found.
And this is liiiiight.

Or you could check with other experts there at the show. Sometimes a member of CONECA might be aware of other errors. Although, if someone gives it a quick glance and says it isn't anything, don't necessarily take them at their word and do get a second or third opinion.
I had my penny checked by a few sets of eyes before I decided to send it off for grading at the Coin Club Show in Orlando in September.

St. Cloud isn't all that far from the convention center. Cocoa would be a bit further but if the toll road is clear and not tied up with accidents/heavy traffic then that could actually be faster. Split the difference and spend nights at both places. I'm sure they'd love to see you and it would be great if you could attend the FUN Show and our get-together.

what made you first think that it was a D over S? did you have your magnifying glass out looking?
But you say there isn't a recognized D over S variety?
Could you maybe do another picture or two from an angle? I'm sure any variety expert will need additional shots also. |
