Anyone else, please inform me if there is any market for these. I picked up 3 rolls from a local bank just because I hadn't seen them at the banks before. But I don't have any interest myself.

You might try craigslist for selling them. I had my local pick up bank try to sell me mint rolls but I passed. Considering the mint will sell them at face and ship them free to your house, I think they are a hard sell.
