Go-go-go-go.

Deal

Live free or die.
Plain and simple.

"If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your council or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen."

A ton a month, huh? Now, that's ambitious!

If your percentages are low.. just sort more. If your percentages are high.. just sort more.

I agree with hoard, at least on a smaller scale, at first it was a hundred pounds then 500 then 1000, now the ton club is in reach...if i could stay out o the halves and nickels i would already be there, but i like to mix it up so i dont go crazy.....

visit www.crazycoinguy.com
for information on how to sort, what to sort, and sorting equipment. We also sell copper pennies in bulk, and other coins.

I am going to try to get about $2800 in one month. About 1900lbs. Not quite a ton, but close. I know I can get the mixed amount I need, but can I dump about $2400 a week?

I have been visiting your site for over a year. I do the hand sorting method. As of this date I have a ton and a half. About
three months ago I found a 1909S VDB. Sold it for $500 which I found out later was a little low. I look forward to future posts.

You've been reading here for over a year, hand sorting, found an '09 S. V.D.B., didn't tell anyone, collected a ton and a half, and got ripped off on your sale? You should have said something. We would have pointed you in the right direction.

Do you have a day job, or spend all your time sorting?

It took me about two years to collect the ton and a half. I retired about five years ago. I guess I got too much time on my hands.

I have had a goal of one metric tonne for over a year. I'm at 1800 to 1900 pounds now so I only lack 300-400 lbs.

How many people here are one-ton members already? And how many did it without a Ryedale? It's like the difference between killing a deer with a gun and with your bare hands. Gotta have that weapon... err... tool of the trade!

I did a ton by hand prior to buying my first Ryedale. Should have bought that machine a lot earlier. Sure is a lot easier now.

I am just about at 600 lbs. I think the first 500 may have been the hardest. Now, I seem to have a workable system. I changed from two brinks boxes a night, to one 15lb brinks box of copper per night. That way 134 nights equals a ton.

Thanks for the welcome I wish I would have seeked advise from the
forum, Befored selling my 1909S vdb however it had some sort of
soft metal on the back. I believe it may have been in a ring at
one time. I realize now that I let it go too cheap. Live and
learn I guess.
