My apologies if this is covered in another thread, but I have a question about a Canadian cent I found in a roll the other day.
The cent is dated 1932 and has a 'King' on the obverse (George V?). Its in pretty nice condition (sorry but I don't have a way to post a photo at this time).
I'm curious if these kind of pennies are of any more value the later date Canadian coppers.
The Canadian George V is arguably as hard to find in the United States as an Indian Head cent, possibly harder. I have found just one of each. A George V is going to have some small numismatic value. It may be worth a dollar to someone.
Yes it is George V. 1932 was the highest mintage year for George V's, but its still worth more than later dates. 1922, 23, 24, & 25 are the key dates for that type.

Thanks for the information, everyone. Very helpful. And, 'yes' jadedragon...the reverse looks just like your avitar
I've found several King George VI but this is the only King George V I've found. Living in the Midwestern US is probably not the best way to find desirable dates of Canadian cents in rolls of pennies.
