I just sorted a box dated May 96th 09. I wasn't aware that May had 96 days... But I found about a half a roll of uncirculated wheat pennies, A half a roll of 1968 s uncirculated, 7 1955 s uncirculated, a few rolls of uncirculated pennies and 96 wheat pennies all from the 50's.

Go straight back to the bank (don't stop at McDonalds) and buy several more boxes! I would ask the teller to look for the same markings on the box you just got if she would.

| I got all the pennies they had, i also found a full box of LP1's. I looked at the boxes and found 3 more with the same date but nothing promising so far. I also found 3 circulated 1955 S'es. All in all, the best box i have ever had. |

Finds like that are what we need to know are still out there.
Isn't it a great feeling to be at the right place at the right time!?!
PS - I guess May 96th is sometime about the 1st week of August. |

Ummmmmm.....I think that it was just 1955 that has the DD not the S mint mark. |
