I found an IH 1894 penny while sorting!

btw I am a new member and this is my first post and I have just started sorting as a hobby within the past month.

Great find!!!! But it can be a dangerous one. I found my first one early on as well and it only makes you want to find more. It gets you hooked and doesn't want to let go. Not that I'm trying of course.

Good luck on the next one.

BTW,has anyone ever found a Flying Eagle?????

Nice find on the feathered Liberty. 1894 is also one of the better years, has a slight prem. to it.

I believe one member has found a buzzard cent, but I can not quite remember who it was though

I know you won't believe this but I have actually found TWO Eagles. One is in pretty nice shape and the other one is wore pretty smooth. But I have been through a few pennies to find those, about 3.5 million.
