For small quantities of 90%, 8.5x to 9.0x is a little low, but not too far off. The majors are only offering around 9.5x for silver bags as of today. BD-$9550, Tulving - $9700.
How much 90% silver were you trying to sell? Maybe you can get a better price right here at RealCent. |

I see no rip offs here. The dealer has to make a living and made you legitimant offers.
8.5 and 8.79 x fave is a pretty fair offer. That is 1 point or a little more, which is typical. Im suprised you got an offer at 9x face. That give the dealer .7 points to work with.
Theres not a big demand for Ikes. If a dealer does buy them it will usually be for $1.05 or $1.10.
Typical wheat price on here sells for 4 cents each. 2 cents is half of that, but the dealer is only working with a 2 cent spread.
You have to keep in mind that dealers have to make money because this is their job. Also keep in mind that we are an active buying community. I just sold 4000 wheats on here this morning! |

| Dealers have to pay bills and put food on the table just like the rest of us. I don't think those offers were to far out of line. |

| Agree with the above replies. If you want more for your items, sell them on here or locally through a Craigslist ad. |

| Yeah, it's unrealistic to expect dealers to not make some kind of profit. As moboman stated, they have to pay for the building their shop is in, and most of the time workers. It would be much more profitable to sell here on Realcent or eBay. |
