I went yard saling last weekend; I always look through the "junk" jewlery to see if there is any sterling silver or 14k gold.
I found 2 girl's 14k gold rings and a sterling silver necklace with a pendant
When I went to pay the woman, I offered her 50 cents and she gladly accepted.
Turns out the rings were about $30 in gold; not bad for my 50 cents.
What are your best finds going to yard sales with regards to precious metals? Any helpful hints?
Has anyone bought coins at a yard sale? I have only done that once where this guy sold me a bunch of wheat pennies for 3 cents a piece.
