Got one of my banks to order me a box of halves. they called me the day before i was going to pick them up and said that the place that delivers their coins no longer does any rolling of halves, but they were sending the last $400.00 they had in a bag. So long story short here is my find list.
3 - 90%
29 - 40%
1 - 1969 silver proof
1 - 1984s clad proof
and 7 of these wierd gold plated clads with dates stamped on them
4 of them have the lincoln face stamped on them too.
oh ya. I also got ripped off with 2 car wash tokens.

| A very good haul; congratulations! I started this 2 years ago, and one of my first takes was very rich in some Franklins apparently pulled from a collection, I guess by kids. It gets you hooked. I don't think the gold plated coins have any value. Don't give up on that bank. |

Very, very nice!
I think the 34 good coins make up for the two car wash tokens. And, if the car wash is still open, as someone else suggested, then it really was a win/win situation!
Continued success if you can get more half dollars to search.
