I have mentioned in the past that I started getting bags from the CU behind my house. It is near an old mill that is over 100 years old. Mill houses everywhere.
The wheats that I get from the bags are way above average.
Well today after I ran the 2 bags through the Ryedale. First on a zinc accept then on a copper accept.
I check the rejects from the copper accept as I always do and what do I see.....a 1890 IHC.
Its pitted but now I am a believer that IHC are out there waiting to be found.
I need a scanner so I can start scanning my finds.
You don't have to be the BEST you just have to be.......SLICK
Nice find, welcome to the club. I bet you will now find more.

Live free or die. Plain and simple.
"If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your council or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams
The silver [is] mine, and the gold [is] mine, saith the LORD of hosts. Hag 2:8 [/b] He created it. He controls it. He gave it to us for His use. Why did we turn from sound scriptural currency that PROTECTS us?
Congrats. I haven't found one in a while, and I've ramped up sorting. What gives? But that's awesome on your find, may you find many more coming your way.
