Tulving has Walkers at 79 cents over spot. halves generally at 29 cents over spot. so a mere 50 cent premium for all walkers. you have to buy a $1,000 bag however, which is close to $11,000.

I'll bet their inventory of Walkers at that price won't last long. They haven't offered Walker bags in quite a long time.
Silver is "real money" and has been for thousands of years.

| That's A LOT of walkers. I have no doubt that you could parcel out the walkers and make good money if youre willing to tie that much cash up in walkers. |

what would the best way to do that? melt is not 11x face. What do you think Walkers should bring? I have a few dozen rolls. |

| At the current spot of $15.16, current melt for 90% is $10839. Adding the 79c Tulving premium, the Walker bags are being offered at $11404 currently. To make any money here, you would have to sell the 100 rolls of Walkers in a bag for $120 and up. |

| 11.4x face is kinda high already actually. I was thinking you could sell them in smaller lots for 12.0 - 12.5 face and take a 10% profit on sales. Might depend on the quality of the halves you get in the lots. Plus the evaporated premiums make it kinda sketchy as well. |

11.4 sounds high because silver has run up from 14 to 15 pretty fast. its only .5 over melt. and you would only have to get $114 a roll to break even.
another way to look at it is what do you think you can get for Walkers? Apmex has Bens for $135 a roll and Walkers for $145 (I looked a month or 2 ago - not sure the current price.) Also, not sure how many they sell at that price. |

I saw that he put this up a few days ago and was thinking about buying a bag. 11.4X face is a bit on the edge of being too much for me. I have a few people that have offered me 12.5X face for a roll but 1000.00 face in walkers is hard to move. I think 11.4 is around what they are going for on ebay so trying to flip a bag/ partial bag makes it pretty tough. Not too sure If I want to buy in at that price.

didn't know what teh ebay prices were.
i like walkers are would prefer that more of my "keep" hoard was walkder instead of JFKs, etc. I think a few years from now the premium for walkers over bens and jfks will be substantial. Agree with you that its hard to move a lot of them unless you are close to spot. |
