I was looking at the Tulving buy prices this morning. I see that they are paying $10 over spot for the BU eagles. However, I see that they paying $200 over spot for the proof eagles in original packaging. Is there a scarcity factor with the proofs? Or, have most of the proofs been slabbed and are now scarce in original packaging?
