Sorted my first NF String box in nearly a month tonight, and what a surprise!! It yielded 3 war nickels. Never had more than one per box before.....just thought I'd share....

Nice. Thanks for sharing, and congratulations on the good box. Maybe the next will be even better.

Deal

Live free or die.
Plain and simple.

"If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your council or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen."

My boxes usually yield one War Nickel. Great finds, gothboi!

Returned to the same Chase branch that I got the 3 wn box from today....teller had already sold her last box, but I was able to pick up $100 in loose bwr. I don't like loose rolls, as for some reason I have poorer luck w/ loose rolls than with sealed boxes. Dunno why, it just works out that way. One roll down, no collectible coins. Stay tuned....

Currently, I'm about 1/3 of the way through the rolls. nothing surprising...fair number of collectibles (oldest so far are 2 1939p) and s mints....no war nicks or buffalos so far....will update when I finish out all the rolls.
