2 Rappen sounds right...I dont think that year has any silver content though, although some of the coins in that series have a tarnished look that could lead one to think it's silver. I believe it's copper-nickel, but dont quote me on that.

My hobby: collecting real money 1 copper cent or nickel at a time.

Neat finds, the 92.5 canadian silver must not turn up in circulation too much anymore. I came across a decent page on swiss coin compositions (no percentages though): You must be logged in to see this link.

my normal mistake, reading between the lines. bad sentence structure. the dime is silver. the swiss, i know is not silver. just an oddity.
