Anybody here collect Perth Mint's Treasure of Australia series. Recently released was their Silver proof coin with diamonds. The first release which was sapphires sell now for $300-500. Gorgeous coins...here is my latest buy

My belief is that it is only available to distributors which automatically bumps the price from around $75 to over $150. I ended up paying around $175 for it, well worth it IMO since it is extremely limited and also has diamonds. I would expect these to appreciate in the near future due to its mintage numbers and the fact it is diamonds

I think the diamond coin should appreciate even more than the sapphire coin (1st one released). The next 2 coins will be gold and pearls...Ill be getting those when they first come out and hopefully I can complete the entire 5 coin set. It will be tough because the sapphire coin ranges from $300-500.
Ill be getting another diamond coin just to resell when the price takes off |
