I put out some business cards around town for people with coins to give me a call. Today I got my first one; an older lady called and had a old bill, along with a set of 1907 coins (which she thought would be worth a lot and sadly wasn't). The bill was a 1862 $100 Confederate Note. She said it was from November something. I'm not huge in to bills; what is something like this worth? eBay has it going right now for about $50, but I just want your guys' opinions. Thanks.

not really sure but the price guides have some very significant prices for confederate bills. be careful, because there were a lot of 'replicas' made on old-feeling paper. you can pick up a set or replicas on ebay for maybe $20 bucks.
Buying: Peace/Morgan G+ at $15.00 copper cents at 1.3X wheat pennies at 3X

Good advice. I had one of those as a kid, and it looked very authentic. Even taking regular paper and staining with coffee can give it an old classic look and feel I've been told so be careful.
My hobby: collecting real money 1 copper cent or nickel at a time.
