Since some of us live in less-rural areas and may not have much land on which to grow food, I thought this thread might be a good place for links that can help us plan and grow food in the city, the suburbs or anywhere where land might not be plentiful.

Bon appetit:

urban gardener wannabe here. i started with a topsy turvy. they were in high demand when tomato season started. home depot was sold out repeatedly. they couldn't keep it on the shelf. my tomato plant now has one bud on it. my in-laws now planted their own tomato plants, a cucumber plant, and a squash plant. i'd like to breed rabbits. can't tell me i can't keep two rabbits in my backyard!!! they don't make noise. they don't crow, they don't bark, they don't even meow at the moon while in heat!! they're just quiet. unfortunately we have two big dogs not used to sharing this household with other animals.

ARE YOU READY? ARE YOU SELF SUFFICIENT? ARE YOU GREEN????
