So, to prove to myself that this wasa profitable exercise, I recently reluctantly sold one of my boxes of nickel to a member of this forum (tmaring) for spot value + postage. Now that the deal is done, I though I'd let everyone know that it is possible to turn a profit hoarding coin. Hold on to your copper cents, and one day you too can post a happy transaction-complete thread like this one.
